The GKI total is calculated by taking the glucose and dividing it by
18 and then divide the product of that by the Ketone level.
These totals represent the total amount of time spent within that
level of autophagy and shows what is being repaired for how long.
GKI Range | Description | Total Hours |
---|---|---|
GKI < 1.5 | Removal of tumors and cysts | 0 |
1.5 <= GKI < 3.0 | Neurological diseases | 0 |
3.0 <= GKI < 6.0 | Diabetes and insulin resistance | 0 |
6.0 <= GKI < 9.0 | Weight loss and maintenance | 0 |
GKI >= 9.0 | Very low autophagy | 0 |
